I’m surprise I got up from bed this morning. *The alarm goes off, my eyes are still close and I think WHY?! and I get up*. I get through the 5 hours of programming and head to the gym starving. Lunch was 2 sandwiches, not a good lunch. When I finally arrive at the gym all I want to do is go home and eat then sleep. But I decide to do some cardio. Then I take the buss home, cook dinner for the family and now i’m done for the day.
So the lesson to be learned —> SLEEP and bring a better lunch to survive the day.
